How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 5 to 10 business days after production. International orders take an additional 1-2 weeks in transit.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your location and order size. Add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact cost before you pay.
Can I change the personalization after ordering?
You can edit personalization details within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting us through our Contact Form. After that, production begins and changes aren't possible.
Will the final product look exactly like the preview?
The preview is a close representation, but actual color may vary slightly due to lighting/monitor settings, and manual measurements can differ by 0.5-2mm.
What's your refund/replacement policy?
If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, we process it within 7 business days of confirmation; replacement tracking arrives within 7-10 business days.
Shipping & Returns
Production: every item is made to order and printed on demand. Production takes 3-5 days.
Shipping: 7-10 days after production. Most orders arrive within 15 days of purchase. These times apply to all markets.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Changes are accepted within 2 hours of purchase — see our Cancellation & Modification Policy.
International orders may need extra days to clear customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologise for any delay it causes.

Return & Warranty
Full refund for faulty production. No question asked. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the design you approved, we replace it or refund you in full.
Because every item is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for personalisation details entered incorrectly at checkout — please double-check your text and photos before ordering.
