At Draconer, all items are handcrafted and customized on demand. We proudly provide Free Standard Shipping across the entire United States on all orders.

Order Processing & Delivery Times (US)

Total delivery time consists of two essential phases: Production / Handling Time (crafting and printing your custom gift) and Shipping / Transit Time (carrier transportation to your address).

* Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), transit times may experience minor carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking

We partner with trusted nationwide carriers including USPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. As soon as your order has finished production and is packaged, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your email address.

You can track your package anytime directly on our Track Order Page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking events online after the label is generated.

Shipping Address & Modifications

• Review Your Address: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +1 (302) 261-2688 within 2 hours of ordering so we can correct it before dispatch.
• PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Standard shipping can deliver to most residential and commercial addresses. Certain large canvas or metal sign packages may require a physical street address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, rest assured that you are fully protected. Simply send an email with your Order ID and photos to [email protected], and we will promptly dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Replacement & Refund Policy.
