Production: every item is made to order and printed on demand. Production takes 3-5 days.

Shipping: 7-10 days after production. Most orders arrive within 15 days of purchase. These times apply to all markets.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Changes are accepted within 2 hours of purchase — see our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

International orders may need extra days to clear customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologise for any delay it causes.

Full refund for faulty production. No question asked. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the design you approved, we replace it or refund you in full.

Because every item is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for personalisation details entered incorrectly at checkout — please double-check your text and photos before ordering.
